In the Meditation Room at the Jedi Temple, a calm Anakin allows himself to listen to the Force.
| |
Anakin Skywalker: There is something not right.
| |
Qui-Gon Jinn: Anakin Skywalker, meet Master Adi Gallia. She is a dear friend of mine, and the person I confide in regarding the Jedi Council.
Adi Gallia: It is a pleasure to meet you, Anakin Skywalker.
| |
Anakin Skywalker: …
| |
Anakin Skywalker: But how am I supposed to know the difference between the Living Force and the visions?
Adi Gallia: The Living Force will only be here and now. The visions you have are not from the Living Force, Anakin.
| |
Adi Gallia: Qui-Gon explained this to me so many times. Only recently, have I understood what he was talking about.
| |
Adi Gallia: Because Qui-Gon only made decisions based on the present situation, the Council did not believe he thought about the consequences of his actions. This was their main riff with Qui-Gon.
Anakin Skywalker: I understand, Master. But how did you become so close to him?
| |
Adi Gallia: Mainly because he was right about a lot of things. He knew of the Dark Side growing before his attacker appeared on Tatooine.
| |
Adi Gallia: He knew the Republic was being corrupted. This war would not have surprised him, nor the allegation by Dooku that the Senate is controlled by a Sith Lord.
| |
Adi Gallia: It was here in the Meditation Room where I first began to understand the Living Force. I come here to meditate on these matters. In time, you will come here to quiet your mind.
| |
Adi Gallia: Based on your accomplishments, Qui-Gon would have been very proud of you. You have made the entire Jedi Order proud.
Anakin Skywalker: Thank you, Master.
| |
Anakin Skywalker: …
| |
| |
Anakin Skywalker: Master Gallia!!!
| |
Anakin Skywalker: Grievous…
