“How… unfortunate,” says Senator Gunray “what are the Mon Cal to do if he returns to incite more attacks?”

| 
Sifo-Dyas replies “The Jedi cannot afford to provide security on an ongoing basis.”

“I suppose Senator Reels will have to take this into consideration upon casting his vote on the special resolution,” Gunray concludes with restrained glee.
